Let us know where in the UK you would prefer to purchase, or leave it to us to find a suitable investment property and we will do the searching. As and when suitable properties become available information will be sent to you detailing the property type, the location, the market value, the purchase price, discount available and the anticipated yield. Every property is visited and vetted first and pictures are available.

If a property is in need of renovation work or you wanted it tenanted and managed, all this can also be arranged for you.

Should you require more than one property then a portfolio of mixed or specific properties can be put together. We can ensure that there is a suitable mix of properties in a range of areas.

Finance can be arranged where required depending on individual circumstances, terms and conditions apply.

FEE STRUCTURE

Single Property – Finders Fee £2995 (including £250 up front fee). Balance of the fee payable on successful completion of the purchase. No completion, no balance fee.

Property Portfolios – Finders Fees are negotiable depending on the number of properties in the portfolio. However fees range between 1% and 3% (including £250 up front fee). Balance of fees become due on each successful completion but are subject to a minimum total fee of £3995.

Property - Market Value £125,000

Discount of 20% - (£25,000)

Net Price £100,000

Fees £2995

SAVING £22,005

Estimated rent £625 pcm

Yield 7.5% (yield being annual rent divided by net price)
